Rental rules
We have been approved to rent the house in Avalon for up to 12 weeks per year with a maximum of 10 renters at one time. A property manager must be assigned on the Island and noise levels will be monitored. For the time being, all potential renters should be reviewed by the five of us as well as the terms.
